Jim retired in December 2025, after almost fifty-five years of legal practice, but he continues to play bad golf. We continue our efforts to meet the high standards he set for civility and professionalism as an attorney and counselor at law.
Douglas P. Flaherty
After graduating from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2004, Doug Flaherty joined the firm and has focused on serving the legal needs of construction industry clients.
Before beginning law school, Doug worked in the field for a major electrical contractor in San Diego as an inside wireman on commercial, industrial, and large residential projects. His experience working in the construction trades gives him an inside perspective on construction projects, claims, and disputes and helps him understand technical aspects of construction projects.
