A graduate of the University of Arizona and California Western School of Law, Jim Flaherty has been practicing law in California since 1970. After fifty-four years of practice, he is semi-retired, but still provides guidance and advice to contractors and businesspeople.
Douglas P. Flaherty
After graduating from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2004, Doug Flaherty joined the firm and has focused on serving the legal needs of construction industry clients.
Before beginning law school, Doug worked in the field for a major electrical contractor in San Diego as an inside wireman on commercial, industrial, and large residential projects. His experience working in the construction trades gives him an inside perspective on construction projects, claims, and disputes and helps him understand technical aspects of construction projects.
